* Students have to upload a scanned copy of their student ID. They will be asked to show their student ID at the conference office on site, otherwise they will have to pay the difference to the regular fee.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

In all the fees, the membership fee for the Associazione ECVP 2018 (10 Euros) is included.

 

All payments have to be made in Euro. Bank transfer charges need to be covered by the participant.

Your receipt will be available only electronically in your personal area and will NOT be sent to you separately.

​​

All participants (including accompanying persons) have to wear their ECVP badge at all ECVP 2018 events.

Cancellations. For cancellations of registrations received:

​

- before May 15th, we will refund the fee minus a handling charge of € 25

​

- between May 16th and July 15th, we will refund 50% of the total fee

​

We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after July 16th

​

If your abstract is rejected and, because of this, you decide not to participate, we will refund the fee minus a handling charge of € 25

​

Instead of cancellation you can switch the name of the participant (€ 25 handling fee, anytime)

​
